What is your shipping policy?
FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $35. For all orders under $35, there is a flat shipping fee of $5. Items are usually processed and shipped within three to five business days of receiving an order. Packages are shipped Priority Mail (1-3 days) via the USPS.
What is your return policy?
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED! – If you are not satisfied with your succulent or air plant terrarium kit, contact us right away so we can work out any issues or find you a replacement to make sure you are happy.
What if my air plant arrives dead or dies prematurely?
As plants are living creatures, it is possible that they may not survive the journey from our home to you (due to conditions beyond our control). If for some reason your ‘lil guy didn’t make it, contact us immediately and provide details about your issue. We will be more than happy to send you a replacement (provided that the item is still in stock). We hand-pick the healthiest plants from our nursery to ship out so our plants should arrive in excellent condition.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Due to import restrictions, we can only ship to continental 48 United States (excludes Hawaii and Alaska).
What if I want an item that is out of stock?
Contact us right away about any items you want that appear to be out of stock. We can double-check for any new inventory on-hand and/or may be able to offer a similar product. Please note that some products may be available for backorder. Place the order or contact us so we can give you an estimated time for new products to ship.
How do I check the status of my order?
During the checkout process, there is an option to create an account with AirPlantKits.com. Register an account allows you to login at a later date to review your order. Once your item has been processed and shipped, you will receive a notification email and tracking number for your order. You can always contact support@airplantkits.com as well.
